This is a very exciting role for a graduate campaign manager who will be capable of building and running a complte graduate attraction, recruitment and on-baording process for this client. This role supports the Engineering division of a large telecoms business. You will understand and enjoy the challenges facing a leading business to attract the highest calibre of graduates. We are looking for someone with at least level A SHL We are looking for someone with a background in Graduate Recruitment who can provide expertise in the arrangement of the attraction campaign – research media and universities for all options. To manage and coordinate the admin team in coordination of the career fairs. Attending careers fairs (You will need to be HIGHLY flexible to do this, as fairs from Edinburgh to Southampton). Responsibility for Graduate inbox and hotline – responding to all enquiries within 24 hours. Helping to manage candidate pipeline – ensuring all graduates have been communicated too with the right times and are moving through the process smoothly. Conducting competency based telephone interviews – interviews will last 45-60 minutes (You will be interviewing all day, everyday at the height of the campaign and this can last for up to 2 months). Attending assessment centres – based at a range of locations (Basingstoke, Reading, Guildford and Coventry) and you HAVE to be able to attend any location when asked. Assessment Centres can involve long day’s onsite and the day can finish as late as 8pm. You will be 3- 4 attending a/c’s a week for a 2-3 month period. Responsible for giving feedback to candidates from telephone interviews and assessment centres. This role will grow and develop as the client’s needs for more graduates grows.
