This is a generalist HR Managers position working for a large financial services company. You will be expected to deliver on a full generalist remit to your client base, delivering on operational ER cases as well as providing generalist support on issues such as learning and development, recruitment, and performance management. You will be supporting a senior HR Manager and the Head of HR on the delivery of a new HR strategy You will come from a high paced environment ideally with a strong blue-chip background. Ideally CIPD qualified and with a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law you will have a strong practical and theoretical HR background.
