Managing a small team of HR professionals Establish credibility and develop robust relationships with managers in order to influence, challenge and support business/ people strategy and operations To coach and influence management in dealing with key people management and development issues. Dealing with all complex employee relation issues. Lead on HR projects Support HR business strategy Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Proven HR professional who has worked within a fast paced environment preferably within Distribution Previous experience of working with Trade Unions is essential.
