My client is looking to recruit an Interim HR Manager for an initial 6 month period. This is an exciting role as it encompasses a range of responsibilities including performance Management, ER, L&D, Comp and Benefits and projects. You will ideally be CIPD qualified with good generalist experience from an operational background such as manufacturing, Retail, FMCG or distribution. Working as part of the HR team, you will be responsible for: * partnering with managers to understand key competencies required within the teams to identify the right talent * identify suitable attraction and selection methodologies, managing supplier relationships and supporting line managers with vacancies * Administer the offer and contract process * Work with managers to assess capability and identify talent for succession planning purposes * Work with managers to identify training priorities and address skill gaps * Advise managers on salaries, benchmark roles, policies and procedures etc * Keep up to date with employment law changes * Provide reporting and MI as required Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV Hudson is a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management solutions worldwide
