RETAIL HR MANAGER – REGIONAL BASED – LONDON & THE SOUTH EAST & SOME NATIONAL – 40K
URGENT ROLE!!! UK leading retailer is looking for a regional HR manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the successful regional HR team operation and will have a team of 2 regional HR advisors who are HR generalist advisors who cover over 300 shops across the area.
You will have overall responsibilities for employee relations, recruitment, talent, succession planning, performance management and be a point of reference and advice for the team.
You must have a proven track record in regional retail HR management in a large major retailer or equivalent service industry and must be able to handle a high workload.
- - Employee Relations: tribunals, hearings, disciplinaries, complex ER cases, training more junior members of staff. Solid employment law knowledge – UK and EU
- - Learning and Development: able to help develop the L&D programmes at the organisation across all levels of hierarchy
- - Organisational Development: My client are growing the UK team so you must be able to help the company grow whilst maintaining its values.
- - Generalist HR Management – Strong advisor and management of a small team.
