Our client, a large NHS trust is looking to recruit a Workforce Planning & Information Manager to join them early September 09 on a 10-12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

You must have proven experience dealing with information and planning issues, working with manager and have significant knowledge and experience of using ESR.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining integrated HR/Workforce planning and management information systems aligned to the Trust’s strategic aims.
  • Leading on benefits realisation projects for the Electronic Staff Record system throughout the Trust
  • Working with the Director and Deputy Director of Human Resources to analyse data and trends and present results in a readily understood form, and in a manner that assists the Trust Board in adopting appropriate staffing strategies.
  • Continuously improving outputs and standards for the production, interpretation and presentation of information. Proactively identifying areas for improvement and working with colleagues to implement change.
  • Providing systems and IT technical expertise to the HR department (in relation to ESR)
