Our client, a high profile public sector organisation is looking for a workforce planning specialist with a strong background in project management -

Your role will:

• Project manage the Workforce Planning project, including planning, risk/issue management and escalation.
• Provide the Programme Director with assurance of progress on the business critical programme.
• Responsible for managing the teams delivering Statement of Work requirements.
• Continue to support the workforce planning pilot sites that have been established.
• Maintain communication with the stakeholder cohort that has been engendered.
• Drive forward toolkit development and the capability assessment.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the Governance Team, supporting development of the Framework.

Potential candidates will have:

• Excellent project management skills.
• A good understanding of workforce planning (ideally in a health setting).
• Stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to manage a team with diverse skills.

Experience working within Health would be desirable for this position.
