Our client has grown from strength to strength during the last 3 years and is on target to increase turnover by expected targets this year. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Generalist HR Manager to join them to assist them in their development and growth.
Role:-
* Maintain and review existing practices, policies and procedures to fall in line with strategic growth plans
* Provide an advisory service to Senior Management on recruitment, disciplinary, grievance and harassment procedures from the beginning to the final stages where necessary
* Work as part of the Senior Management Team and provide positive leadership, management and development to the business
* Provide management reports and statistical information to the Group Board and Management Team
* Responsible for all recruitment for the Business from liaising with Departmental Managers and discussing job specifications, filtering of applications, interview and selection and inductions
* Monitoring of all absence to include sickness and holidays
* Responsible for all training and development plans for staff
Experience required:-
* Experienced HR Manager ideally within Industry
* Experience within a generalist role including policies, procedures and recruitment
* Ability to work in a fast moving environment
* Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
