Interim OD Manager – Central/West End
To work with a large public sector organisation located in Central London, your role as interim OD Manager will be to join the team in a key role to deliver the following projects whilst the client is looking to recruit the role on a permanent basis -
- Lead on the preparation of the Assurance Framework including the design and establishment of competencies
- Lead and run several OD programmes in particular the programme to establish the purpose and values of the team, its desirable behaviours and its performance framework
- Manage the OD planning process and monitor for progress
- Work with the Deputy Director to set up an in-house Academy to support the professional development of staff
- Smaller ad hoc projects, e.g., setting up a project management training for staff
You will be to be available at short notice to start, also experience of working in the Health sector would be beneficial.
