This national Charity has an immediate requirement for a Generalist HR Professional to join their Head Office team as HR Manager in West London. Working with the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive, you will lead an HR Officer and HR Assistant in delivering HR services across a multi site organisation.
With a background in generalist HR and experience across the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Talent Management and Workforce Planning you will have also worked in small to medium sized organisations. The role of HR Manager represents a unique opportunity for an intelligent, pragmatic and engaging HR professional to take ownership of an HR function, potentially in their first HR Management role.
Along with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to influence and communicate at all levels within the organisation, you will pro-actively visit the organisations sites building the HR department’s credibility and presence. CIPD qualified and degree educated, this permanent role will provide the right candidate a unique opportunity to run with several projects including the implementation of a new payroll system.
