Office Manager – West Yorkshire

A West Yorkshire furniture and furnishings manufacturer is seeking an Officer Manager to join their team due to continued growth and expansion. As an Officer Manager you will: Free up Directors to concentrate on their work. Ensure the office is run efficiently. Oversee the work of small teams to a consistently high quality standard. Organise workloads effectively. The ideal Office Manager will hold the following skills and experiences: Experience as a PA or Office Manager. Diplomatic yet determined with a strong sense of responsibility. Proven ability to motivate people and achieve results in a pro-active and reactive environment. Broad office experience (HR, Office Administration, Diary Management, Man Management, Quality Management, Personal Development, Customer Service and Office Supervision role is ideal.) A flexible approach to work you need to be someone who gets things done. Procedures and processes are already agreed and in place they now need someone to make it happen.
