Reporting directly to the Business Development Director the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships across Europe. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Generating new business in line with annual sales and profit targets Cold Call new customers & organise new customer meetings in line with agreed weekly/monthly/annual activity targets Generating new leads Working according to agreed sales strategy & sales process Maintain sales target sales database for U.K. Sales Team per customer sector and ensure that you are complying with it at all times Arranging and attending meetings with potential clients and preparing and presenting as required Monitor market/competitor activities and provide regular updates to the Business Development Director and the sales team Provide detailed information on the progress of sales activity and targets. Reviewing and updating the company sales database Ensuring that all documentation produced is relevant and of the highest standard Develop and implement plans to optimise the potential of existing customer relationships To undertake other sales related duties or projects that may be required from time to time The Person: The successful candidate will have previous business development / sales experience with a corporate relocation or assignment services background.
