Our client is a fast growing finance company that offers Loans, Cheques Casing, Money Transfer and Telephone Card services to their customers. Due to their ambitious expansions plans they are currently looking for a HR Administrator / Office Manager to join their team in order to provide administrative support.
You will be providing administrative support to the HR Manager ensuring that the processes and procedures within the office are up to date and available to the relevant staff. You will be dealing with people related matters including recruitment, appraisals, health & safety and exiting leavers. Other responsibilities will include maintaining all company records, organising and managing various company and training events and ensuring all necessary documentation is sent to new employees.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills, be an organised person with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion within given deadlines. You will have recruitment experience, be able to build strong working relationships both internally and with external partners and be able to communicate confident at all levels.
