HR Manager – West London
Position: HR Manager Salary: £50,000 Are you a highly organised, adaptable, and confidential candidate with a wealth of experience within Human Resources? My client, a leading consultancy based in West London, is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join their team. In this position, you will work closely with the senior management team to deliver an excellent HR service across the company. You will be responsible for training and development, employee relations, supporting senior management with change management, and exit interviews. Additionally, you will ensure that all HR documents, including contracts and handbooks are fully compliant with European and UK legislation, ensure that you always communicate effectively with employees within the organisation, and provide support to managers on appraisals, disciplinary and grievance, sickness, interviews, and redundancy. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisation skills. You will be comfortable presenting to executive level in a clear and professional manner, you will be persuasive and assertive, and you will have the ability to be both compassionate as well as realistic. In terms of experience, you will have HR management and consultancy experience within a medium sized company along with a proven track record of handling HR matters successfully. You will be a member of the CIPD and will ideally have a business related degree (or similar). A good knowledge of MS Office as well as excellent commercial awareness will be essential to performing this role well.
