Training Manager – Kent

Our client is a major UK business and they are currently recruiting for a Training Manager at their newest "state of the art" site in the South East.

This site is a large 24-7 operation and you will be responsible for ensuring that the team has the capabilities to cope with current and future commercial demands.

This will mean:

• Designing and delivering a wide range of learning initiatives (Induction through to Management Development).
• Taking responsibility for the delivery of all compliance training required on site and its related statutory administration.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and coaching and mentoring them in order to improve their management capabilities.

This is a large, fast paced and unionised environment and you will need strong communication and relationship building skills along with excellent administration skills to cope in the role.

In addition my client and I will be looking for evidence of

• Experience across the whole of the learning cycle
• Exposure to a fast paced logistics, distribution or retail environment
• Qualifications in Training (CTP, CIPD or equivalent)

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience (maximum of £31k)
