HR Manager – Kent
This global leader in its field is currently seeking an HR Manager for their site in Kent with some ad hoc travel to Scotland. The role will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the HR Director to manage and undertake a comprehensive HR service to managers and employee's. Main responsibilities will include: · Implementing new policies and procedures · Managing the recruitment and selection process · Working across the business to develop and implement training and development strategies · Provide support to managers for setting and monitoring performance standards · Provide advice and guidance to managers with regards to complex ER cases · Manage and monitor the HR budget The ideal candidate must be fully CIPD qualified with experience working with a complex matrix environment. You will ideally have a proven track record in a multi site role and be a strong HR generalist with Learning and Development and Employee Engagement experience.
