HR Manager Investment Bank up to £65k – East London
The role requires a senior HR professional with extensive generalist experience gained within a Financial Services environment. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate that you can act as a credible and trusted partner to the business within a fast paced environment, displaying integrity and professionalism and taking personal accountability for results.
You will be responsible for providing a full generalist HR service to a client group of approximately 600 and you will manage a Senior HR Officer. Applicants will be used to taking ownership of complex problems and decisions and responding to them with a positive outlook.
Proactive and forward thinking, potential candidates will readily seek out better ways to deliver additional value to the business through HR solutions. You will be able to determine and deliver HR process needs in line with business objectives, have a sound commercial understanding of the business and ensure that the wider business and commercial issues are addressed when applying a HR solution. In particular, you will be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of the business to key stakeholders.
This is a highly demanding role, within a hands-on HR Department of talented professionals. Applicants must therefore be confident of their ability to work in a challenging environment, manage a varied workload, and having a can-do approach.
You will be educated to degree level and CIPD (or equivalent) qualified and have a proven track record in financial services.
