As such, they are currently looking to hire a learning and development professional with a strong understanding of graduate recruitment to join the team and play a key role in the design and delivery of a new program for future graduate hires within the front office.
You will have full responsibility to engage with the senior leaders in order to design this program that will not only ensure the graduates gain visibility to each of the different areas of the business, but also supplies a suite of tools available to ensure all development needs are met to produce their leaders of tomorrow. Suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate a background in learning and graduate recruitment gained from within large, global organisations.
