The Background:

Due to a recent restructure this leading relocation services firm is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director the successful candidate will take the lead role in developing new business relations across Europe.

The Role:

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include but not limited to the following:

Designing and executing effective sales strategies

Prospecting and targeting sales leads

Designing and managing pricing/profitability strategies

Participation in all sales presentation/negotiations

Maintaining and fostering relationships with internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client needs

Involvement in and contribution to overall company success

The Person:

The successful candidate will have a proven record of business development management within the relocation services market. Previous experience developing new business relationships and increasing bottom line value within: global mobility, international assignment or expatriate management environments will also be considered. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of the relocation market and be competent at managing existing client and developing new business relationships.
