HR Manager – Kent
We are searching for credible HR professionals with significant experience at HR Manager level to join a large scale organization in a strategic HR Manager post.
You will be a good problem solver keen to apply fresh people management strategies in a way that adds significant value to the organization. You will be able to demonstrate evidence of working closely with Heads of HR and OD to ensure the short and long term aims of the organization are met.
We need good relationship builders with excellent communication skills – you will be able to communicate not only at all levels but be able to sell ideas and influence at the highest levels.
You will have up to date Employment Law knowledge and will be able to update and implement Equality and Diversity policies as and when necessary.
