· Providing high quality resourcing advice to Managers.
· Challenging line where necessary on resourcing decisions to get the best possible result and talent for the company.
· Delivering cost savings through preferred supplier programme.
· Managing candidate attraction, sourcing and pipeline of suitable applicants.
· Designing and partnering on assessment and selection days.
· Managing offer and on board processes for successful recruits.
The person:
· You will have ideally worked in an internal recruitment capacity
· Track record of resource management in a large organisation.
· You will take ownership for your own development and be able to show delivery against development plan.
· You will be robust in character and not afraid of challenging management where necessary.
· You will have a good technical background.
